Question — What exactly is self-love?
We’re going to talk to you and the group about a visceral understanding of self-love, and how you can recognize when you’re in that space.
Your 5-D self is always in a state of self-love. And truly, you are always in a state of self-love, but more often than not you start activating programs and traumas and beliefs that distract you from that state of self-love.
Self-love, or self-acceptance, very much go hand in hand. From a third-dimensional perspective, there is really not much of a difference between the two.
From a 5-D perspective, it’s just: I Am Love. And I can’t ever forget that I’m Love so I can never be in this place that’s not of self-love, because I’m not running the filters that prevent me from remembering I am Love Incarnate.
In 3-D you are Love Incarnate, that is the truth of your identity. And then you run a whole bunch of filters that cause you to forget that all the time.
So when you are in that state of allowing that we were talking about earlier (when another questioner felt an incredible sense of peace in her 2nd chakra), that’s that self-love feeling that you’ll have in a visceral way.
It’s not: “I am in love with myself!” “I’m super happy!” “I’m super excited!” Because THAT is the emotional roller coaster. That’s when you are up and out of your body and all over the place.
Self-Love/Self-Acceptance is a very quiet, very grounded, very solid, very kind of deliberate feeling that you can access in your bodies at any time because it simply requires you to allow yourself to remember: I Am Love Incarnate.
So check in with yourselves right now, all of you. Get into that state of allowing wherever you can in your body, wherever it is you feel relaxed enough in your chakra system right now to be in that state of allowing, and just feel yourself open here, soft, and peaceful. This is it… Self-Love! There is no thought to it at all. There’s no measuring it. There’s nothing happening inside of you that says, “I need to do this or that,” or, “I need to stop doing this or stop doing that.”
It’s just this! And you’re gonna fall out of it again and again, and then you can get yourself back into it whenever you like.
Bookmark it now, all of you, as you’re accessing this state of self-love, self-acceptance, allowing, allowing yourself to simply Be.
