I love your word "Soggy", and glad you are no longer in that state. Bravo Jon, Rat Policeman extraordinaire! This Monday, I'm foggy, not soggy. I went to write my third writer's grant application and before I got too far, I realized the non-fiction category is 2025. So I decided I'd switch modes and paint a birthday card. Done, now it's only 10:30 am, and not sure what I'll do next, honestly, my head is in the clouds, very dreamy, and positive me is trying to tell grouchy me not to be annoyed by Michael, who is also kind of bumbling around. I know, we can do our taxes, NOT. Or I could also take to the shredder ( your inspiration). Well, it's all okay. I'll just float on. Love to you

Floating is a good choice til the urge hits to act. We are close to being done with taxes which is unheard of for us at this point in the year. I love you too.

I just spent the past 4 hours shredding bank and credit card statements!!! That's excluding the time I had to wait for the shredder to cool down. 3 full banker boxes! Thanks Nora.

Hi Nora! This has been a very active January indeed... so different for us from the past where we create as much quiet time as we are able, settling into the energies of winter. We’re not getting ready to move, but I’ve “decongested” my studio (last fall) and we have “decongested” the basement (almost done) and various drawers and cupboards and closets are getting cleared and reorganized and updated. It’s happening spontaneously and with great joy. Which feels fantastic! I can even feel it now, even as I lie in bed on day 4 of a flattening flu... integrating all these amazing changes, being remade. Wishing you and Jon well with the upcoming move! Wendy and I send much love to you and Jon and the pups! ♥️💫

Oh no, flattening flu! I am so sorry. Wishes for speedy healing soon!

Love the spontaneous decluttering!

Maine is still on our radar, even though it's looking like Chicago for a bit, and yet, we still don't have a solid plan.

For the first time in a long time, I’m allowing myself to dream BIG and it feels wonderful and weird at the same time-everything feels so much lighter to me!!

Yay to Jon being MacGyver and keeping the rats out. I love your car dancing and singing. It always makes me happy to do that. I decided Imbolc is my new year. January is relegated to last year. 😁. Looking forward to it all.

Trying to get caught up on all I got behind on this last month.

I love your all’s shredding! I have a bunch waiting to be shredded but they won’t take shredded paper in the recycling here so I am just saving it hoping to find a shred day somewhere.

I heard about the cicada event and am thinking it will be cool to experience it.

💜 Love to you and Jon and the furbabies.

Love right back to you!

Yeah, last day of positive January is not going in the right direction. With you on the new year starting tomorrow, and, tbh, I'll probably start this year again on the Equinox.

Thanks! 💜 A great idea about the Equinox! I think I will do the same.
